Helping You Think Outside the Couch

Who I Am

I'm Eliana, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 10 years of experience working with some of life's hardest moments. Severe anxiety, grief and loss, dissociation, suicidal ideation, and crisis of faith. I also work with family members carrying the weight of loving someone through these challenges.

I'm not going to tell you everything happens for a reason. I'm not going to hand you a breathing exercise and call it a day. My approach is grounded in REBT and EMDR, which really means I help you understand what's actually driving how you feel and then we do something about it. You can expect honesty, a little humor, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are. I'm genuinely in your corner.

If faith is part of your world, whether you're leaning into it or wrestling with it, there's space for that here. If it's not, that's completely fine too.

1135 is John 11:35. "Jesus wept." The shortest verse in the Bible. Even Jesus paused for life’s hard moments. So do we."

Panic Disorders

Panic disorder involves sudden, unexpected panic attacks that can lead to intense fear and physical symptoms. With the right therapy and support, individuals can learn to manage these episodes, reduce their frequency, and regain control over their daily lives.

Grief is a natural response to loss, and it can manifest in a range of emotions, including sadness, anger, and confusion. With time, support, and self-care, individuals can navigate their grief journey, finding healing and eventually learning to live with the loss while moving forward in a meaningful way.

Dissosiative Identity Disorder

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) involves the presence of multiple distinct identities, often linked to past trauma. With therapy and support, individuals can work toward integrating these identities and healing from their experiences.
